We are delighted to share with you that we’ll be hosting the conference and general meeting in Vilnius, Lithuania, on October 20-22 2025. The three-day conference and Founding General Meeting will include panels, workshops, the governance workshops and decision making process for creation of the European bi+ umbrella entity, fun activities and more.

It’s the perfect opportunity to get together with other bi+ activists from pan-European countries, learn about new insights and participate in the Founding General Meeting.

Bi+ Equal Conference and General Meeting will be held in a hybrid format. A limit of 50 participants can take part in person in Vilnius. The exact location will be disclosed after official registration.

For panels, several workshops and the Founding General Meeting online participation will be possible.

The conference starts on Monday morning 20 October and finishes on Wednesday 22 October at 3pm. Our advice is to arrive in Vilnius on Sunday 19 October.

The conference language will be English. Due to limited funding we are not able to include live translation in the conference.

Governance

During the Bi+ Equal Conference, the Founding General Meeting for founding the European Umbrella legal entity will take place. This is where the structure and the main points of the constitution of this organisation (to be brief) will be decided by the community.

We have begun our research and governance analysis to shape this organisation to come. Between now and October, we will share the outcomes of our analysis, consultations with experts and hold online workshops to hear the bi+ movement and connect with the community.

Are you interested in shaping Bi+ Equal’s future and governance aspects? Let us know in this letter of interest form.
